EOS Global Recruiting, based in Vietnam, recruits, vets and trains workers in Asia for Canadian caregiving providers. These recruits are high quality people ready to work hard and willing to commit to at least two years in a position, the minimum required to be considered for Canadian permanent residency.
To ensure successful placements, we have a rigorous, 5-step process:
- Step 1
We seek college-educated individuals in their 20s-30s who are fluent in English and are interested in working abroad in a caregiving capacity.
- Step 2
Our candidates undergo medical screening, drug testing, criminal background investigation, reference checks and 2-4 personal interviews.
- Step 3
Recruits complete 80 hours of classroom education and 160 hours of practical work in local international hospitals and senior care facilities under the guidance of a U.S.-licensed RN.
- Step 4
Visa and Immigration
We handle all of the administrative requirements to obtain immigration permission from the Canadian government.
- Step 5
Landing and Settle-in Support
Working with our homestay coordinators in Canada, we will arrange housing, provide an orientation upon arrival and check on the recruit throughout the first year.
